Im sure it's no longer a surprise that Adobe has unveiled their newest product, Creative Suite 4.  The announcement occurred Sept 23rd and during the announcement they demonstrated some of the new groundbreaking features within the various products.  One of the big hits was Content Aware Scaling in Photoshop CS4.  CAS uses an algorithm inside PS to scale low detail areas of photographs while maintaining the integrity of higher detail areas within the picture.  Examples and demos can be found for this and other new features on Adobe TV.

Ok, so another great thing about CS4 is that it takes advantage of the Graphics Accelerator or GPU on newer machines.  This feature alone makes CS4 worth its weight in gold.
